Spring favourites

These past few months I’ve been trying new make-up and finally realising the value of those products that I use daily and are completely smitten with! After reading an article in Company a couple of months ago (the feature was based purely on Paris) i decided to finalise a skin care regime since apparently sticking to one for a long period of time (+6months) can do wonders for your skin. As a result I found La Roce Posay a French skincare brand that is absolutely lovely! I also purchased a new palette and keep on using my UD3. Not to mention I bought myself NARS’ The Multiple in Maui which is a gorgeous shade and such a versatile product. Featured are my current favourite products for Spring!

I’ve found my perfect foundation. MAC Studio Fix Solid. It’s amazing; great staying power, amazing shades, full coverage (can be build able), plus it lasts for a really long time! I’ve been in love with the Naked palette’s since I bought my first one but I’m really loving the delicate rose shades that come with 3. It’s light, feminine, reminds me of sunset in Barbados and is all around stunning! Too Faced is another palette I’ve invested in. Although I prefer UD3 this once has cute little swatch cards which show you how to create different looks with the shadow which I think is adorable and perfect for anyone who doesn’t quite know which shades match with others and where to apply certain colours.

Chanel No.5, words fail to express how much I love you. Classy, elegant, light and so so sexy… I seem to just list adjectives wherever it’s involved. Definitely my favourite perfume of all time. Shame that it’s so expensive, but one spray is good enough for one day! Nars The Multiple in Maui has quickly won over my heart, I use it for a blush and sometimes on my lips. The shade is perfect for my really pale skin, however, it also goes well when I’m tanned too. All in all it’d suit anyone. Popcorn is another little product I’m having a dabble in. It’s a very sugary sweet lip scrub that leaves your lips looking incredibly polished. You still need a balm over it though, but it smells delish! Effaclar Duo by La Roche Posay is a gorgeous, rose smelling cream that I use at the end of my cleansing ritual. It clears up dark spots, acne, marks, redness etc. on your skin. It’s basically a miracle worker. I bought this from Escentual and I’d recommend it to everyone because even if you don’t have marked skin it makes your skin smell and feel amazing!

What are you guys up to over spring? I’m off to Paris and Italy soon! (then Uni revision, bleugh!)
