Hey guys! How are you all doing? So, whilst it’s absolutely pissing it down in London today I thought I’d do a post reminiscing on the Spring time weather ft. items from ASOS and Pretty Little Thing and shoes from God knows where.
I think we definitely need to talk about the fact that I’m wearing a shirt that says: “You are Monday, I am Friday night”. And just how ironic that is when I spent the past few months of my life in the library(*). I was slaving away on an essay on Oscar Wilde and dandyism. I certainly have not been living the dandy lifestyle recently. More Hermione-esque. The kid that I tutor on Friday loves the shirt though, but at 18 years old I hope he’s living up to the slogan much more than I am. The shirt is £9 from ASOS and to say that i adore the irony of it would be an understatement.
My black skirt is from the brand Pretty Little Thing which I have a renewed appreciation for lately. I’ve added so much stuff recently to my Pretty Little Thing wishlist lately. They have some super cute summer dresses and playsuits that I cannot wait to get my hands on! I’m currently going through the process of applying for a lot of different internships in the hopes that I can earn some money and stay down south for summer. I bought this D ring skirt from them back in February and because the weather in February was trash I got it for the really neat price of £9 in the Pretty Little Thing sale. It’s still available so if you fancy a versatile black skirt that is super soft, head on over.
Honestly I cannot remember where I bought these shoes from but if I do remember I’ll update the post. I have a habit of doing that recently. I write an outfit post on something I shot a month ago and forget which brand I bought with. Then I go through my Order History desperately searching for that item to link. Whoops.
Have you guys spotted anything you like from Pretty Little Thing lately? Let me know you favourite brands for summer wear down below!
