Years of dyeing my hair has dried it out, I’ve never regretted experimenting with my hair colour because I love it. But it has left it quite dry and in need of extra moisture. When I was approached by NaturalWorld to review one of their ranges I took their haircare quiz to find out which range would suit me best. My result was the Coconut Water range which I had guessed it would be! It promises thirst quenching, light weight hydration and added shine…
I’ve been testing the range for several weeks now. I must say I absolutely love testing new products out for my blog. It introduces me to brands I would have otherwise never have crossed and I feel so lucky to get to sample them. I was sent some huge 1L bottles of the shampoo and conditioner. I use a little shampoo on my scalp and a lot of conditioner all over my hair. So I was super happy to see Natural World stock big sizes as I do find myself running out of conditioner.
The shampoo looks like a shiny gel like consistency and is easy to lather and work into the hair. The scent is coconutty but it is not overpowering. I worry when trying new products as I have a problematic scalp. It reacts to everything and if it gets too dry I can get really bad dandruff. However, this shampoo created no problems for me. I used it on my scalp but left my ends bare as the ends are the dryest part of my hair. The shampoo left my scalp feeling very clean but there was no build up at all. My scalp is never greasy with these products or dry which is great. Take a look at the Natural World shampoo here*.
I always followed up with the Natural World Coconut Water conditioner*. The conditioner was very light to apply and didn’t feel too creamy. My hair definitely felt healthier and replenished but it did not weigh it down. I have very thick, wavy hair so it was a good conditioner to help my dry ends but also allow me to have my volume.
My favourite product from the range was the Natural World Hydration & Shine Weightless Oil*. I love using oils on my hair because it really just makes all the effects of the shampoo and conditioner pop! This made the most difference to my hair out of any oil I’ve used this year. I bleached my hair the other week to give it an ombre effect so it has been dry recently. I use the oil after showering on the ends of my hair and pop anything leftover on my hair throughout. It gave me incredible shine and got rid of all my frizz. If I could buy everyone this oil just so they could try it themselves I definitely would.
This post contains products sent to me for review but as always, the opinions displayed are honest and my own.*
To sum up I am impressed with the Natural World range. The products are free from Parabens, Phosphates, Phthalates, Dyes and Gluten. You’ll be supporting a London business with these products as they are made in the heart of SoHo! I’m going to be continuing using the products until there’s none left and looking at the size of them that may take some time! As soon as I run out of the oil I’ll be getting that again. It’s far better than the Organinx one’s I’ve previously used.
