“I thought I’d share some of my thoughts on happiness lately and why I’ve been feeling so good about life in general.”
Hey everyone! How are you all doing? So this post is due to go up right after I get back from Paris which is very exciting. I’m planning on surprising my boyfriend with the news that he has to pack his bags pretty soon. He hasn’t travelled too much so I’m so excited to reveal his surprise. I’ll be saying bye to him on Monday for a couple of weeks whilst I travel with my family before I move back to London for my masters so I think Paris will be a good send off!
I thought I’d share some of my thoughts on happiness lately and why I’ve been feeling so good about life in general. I think it fits in pretty well with the bright yellow dress. Yellow always improves my mood! I felt so relieved when I graduated from Royal Holloway last month and I’ve been feeling better everyday. I don’t regret choosing English Literature as my degree but there’s no denying how hard it was. To be honest, I was constantly worried about not achieving a 2:1 and falling short of my Masters requirements. That stress only really went away a couple of weeks ago when I forwarded on my results and degree certificate to UAL. Since then I’ve been able to do more blogging and relax and partake in my hobbies that I love. So, naturally I’ve been feeling a lot happier.
I’m excited to travel a little bit more this summer. I will be in Crete with the family in a little while and I’ve never been before! It will be great to tick off another Greek island from my list. Although I have been seeing that there are a lot of earthquakes happening in Greece at the moment which is scary! Have you been to Crete before? I would love to know your thoughts and recommendations if so.
This lovely dress is from Zara. I bought it in Fuerteventura a couple of months ago when I was there with my best friend. The bell sleeves are mad cute and it’s so comfy!
