January took absolutely forever to end and February is slowly getting there which means that it’s only a short while until my first vacation of the year. I’m looking froward to getting away more than ever because this Winter has seemingly lasted forever and this month is absolutely freezing in London. Seriously, we’ve had snow. It’s no secret that I love a good bout of bikini and summer shopping and so I thought I’d share with you the best places to get your vacation wardrobe sorted in time for your upcoming trip(s)!

For swimwear, you really can’t go wrong with Forever21. However, do be mindful that you may run into some unicorn themed stuff on your trip to find the perfect bikini. I would say 50% of my swimwear is from Forever21. It’s affordable meaning that it doesn’t matter if it only lasts you a handful of trips but the pieces are also quite on trend and stylish. The quality isn’t phenomenal, but it is a lot better than the likes of Primark. Some of my favourite swimwear pieces from past blog posts have been from Forever 21, such as my Beverly Hills swimsuit!
For cover ups and beach-y Kaftan’s Melissa Odabash is where it’s at. The brand has a ‘Sabo Skirt’ feel to it and their clothing and swimwear looks very chic and bohemian. But it also has a touch of luxury to it. I’m a fan of the Cleo kaftan as the print and colours are just gorgeous. I can definitely see myself wearing this kind of kaftan for mocktails at a Barbados beach bar and then refusing to take it off for a night time dinner. The Daytona bikini is also absolutely gorgeous so I’d highly recommend checking that out if you’re into high quality swimwear.
Speaking of Sabo Skirt, I don’t order from them frequently. In fact, I think the last time I did was around 2 years ago because my parcel came with a hefty customs charge. However, their clothing is absolutely gorgeous and you can’t find the same kind of clothing online anywhere else. if you’re buying from Sabo I’d say buy a few things just to make it worthwhile rather than just one or two.
My top picks from Forever21, Melissa Odabash and Sabo Skirt!
If you’re on a budget and don’t fancy spending too much on new clothing for a vacation that you may only wear a few times then Zaful is your best friend. If you’ve been blogging for any length of time you’ve probably had an email from Zaful asking for a wishlist post in exchange for $5. The place is so, so cheap but sometimes that can be exactly what you want. Zaful’s clothing is terrible quality. It’s Primark with a fair few stitches loose, however, for swimwear and beachwear you can find bikini’s and swimsuits that will last you a full 2 week vacation with no issues. Some of their stuff is quite cute and stylish, but you have to be careful with the sizing and measure yourself before ordering because the sizing is all over the place. With that being said, I’ve bought a few bikini’s from Zaful and really loved wearing them and had a bunch of compliments in them too.
Where are your favourite places to shop for bikini’s and holiday wear? Let me know down below! Do you have any upcoming vacations planned? Me and Jay are heading to Fuerteventura in April for my birthday and I’m so excited to show him a place I’ve been visiting for years since I was a kid!
